All loans are subject to approval based on creditworthiness. Interest rates, repayment terms, and fees are clearly disclosed before you apply. Late payments may incur penalties.
Your wallet balance represents funds available for transfers and repayments. LoanWallet is not a bank and does not offer deposit insurance. Funds are held securely but at your own risk.
You agree not to use LoanWallet for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
LoanWallet is provided 'as-is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have in your wallet.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. You must repay any outstanding loans upon termination.
LoanWallet may charge fees for certain services. All fees are disclosed upfront. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.
